The main important element for saffron classifications is coloring. super Negin has the utmost coloring and Pushal has the weakest. two other classifications are placed between these two. crosin is the compound in saffron which is responsible for coloring. According to the international standard analyze of saffron the amount of crosin in super Negin saffron is 220. amount of crosin in Pushal is 140 and the other two classifications are between these two.
